Woodfin – North Buncombe residents who’ve been missing their pie at Baked’s Woodfin location will be happy to hear this. “Hello Friends and Neighbors. We’ve missed you so much,” said Ingrid Cole of Baked. Cole told the paper that as of July 15th the Woodfin location was back open for takeout. Their new days and hours are Tuesday – Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm. “We will be serving slices and whole pies, as well as our cookies and scones, and of course quiche,” said Cole.
