Weaverville – The answer is yes, Blue Mountain Pizza (BMP) in Weaverville will hold their annual Thanksgiving dinner this year, and like everything during the pandemic, this year will be a little different. If you are alone or in need you will still be able to enjoy a traditional dinner of turkey, ham, potatoes, vegetables, and dessert; however, this year you will need to call ahead with basic information, pick up your dinner as a to-go order, and enjoy it in your own home. Thanks to the Weaverville Police and Fire department off-duty personnel, Blue Mountain Pizza will even have a limited number of dinners that can be delivered.
You can reserve a meal by emailing them at owner@bluemountainpizza.com. The last chance for callers to reserve a Thanksgiving meal is Monday, November 16th between the hours of noon and 2 p.m.
Over the years BMP has worked hard to perfect their dinner, and this year we are trying to make sure you receive your dinner under quite unusual circumstances. BMP’s goal is the same, to thank the Weaverville community for their support during the year and to guarantee everyone has a nice holiday.
