Finished Look Reveals 238-unit Project

Weaverville – Crest Residential, a leading multifamily development and investment company, has released an artist rendering of the finished project.

Crest announced the construction of The Holston, a new 238-unit luxury multifamily community in Weaverville with a press release and artist rendering last week.

“The Holston is a gated, lodge-inspired community comprised of 12-floor plans ranging from 671 square feet to 1,378 square feet available in one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The 238 units will feature high-end,

modern finishes including granite countertops, designer lighting, subway tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, oversized bedrooms, dual vanities, walk-in showers, walk-in closets, nine-foot ceilings, private patios and balconies, elevator service and garage options,” said the release from Laurel McQuinn with Crest.

Asked what the rent would be on these apartments, McQuinn said, “rents start at $1,125 for a one-bedroom/one-bath, $1,395 for a two-bedroom/two-bath, and $1,835 for three-bedroom/two-bath.”

Along with the apartment, “the community will offer residents best-in-class amenities such as a saltwater pool, outdoor grilling pavilions, an outdoor game lawn, electric car charging stations, complimentary car wash, bike/kayak/canoe storage, fenced bike repair station, fenced dog park and luxury pet spa. The property will also include a large clubhouse for residents, which will house a top-of-the-line fitness studio including a bouldering wall and Peloton cycles, a sophisticated resident business center, private resident conference room, coworking spaces and coffee bar,” said the release.
