Asheville – Anyone who ever went to First Night Asheville, a huge street party and celebration that covered all of downtown Asheville, knows that New Year’s Eve has just never been the same. But this is still wild, weird, eclectic Asheville, and there are lots of fun and unique things for all different types of people to do.

If you’re into the bar and brewery scene, we have an abundance of that; live music, we’ve got that; fancy dress up celebrations, yep, we’ve got that too. If that’s not your thing, we’ve got yoga events to ring in the New Year, a rucking event, cooking classes, creative arts workshops, and more. Space is limited at some events and may sell out early.

The Big Events

Asheville Symphony

Bond, James Bond, will be ringing in the New Year as the Asheville Symphony presents New Years Eve with 007, with powerhouse vocalists Mikki Sodergren and Jonathan Christopher bringing dreams of martinis (shaken, not stirred), Aston Martins, custom watches from Q, and the beloved MI6 agent. The Asheville Symphony will be playing hits from Bond movie favorites like the James Bond Theme, Goldfinger, Skyfall, and more. Start the new year in style by unleashing your inner Bond.

No prior experience is necessary, and all levels of yoga are welcome.
