Asheville – The highly-anticipated Southern Lager Invitational, presented by Bootleg Biology and Riverbend Malt House, is set to cap off Asheville Beer Week on May 25 at The Mule. Following a successful debut at the Craft Brewers Conference in Nashville, the festival will showcase Southern brewers’ unique expressions of the evolving Southern Lager style.
Guests can expect a diverse selection of cold-fermented, dry-finishing lagers, with lower ABV options perfect for the warm weather. Featuring beers from over 20 Southern breweries, attendees will have the opportunity to sample creations from renowned establishments such as Fonta Flora Brewery, Fullsteam Brewery, and Akademia Brewing Co.
