The journey began with a food truck, where they partnered with local breweries and traveled to various locations. However, when the pandemic hit, they seized the opportunity to secure a permanent location. “After two years, we moved to our current location at 2317 Hendersonville Road. It was a calculated risk, but it paid off for the better,” Daniel explained.

“One of the standout features of Sweet Plantain Grill is its commitment to authenticity. ‘We use authentic Cuban bread, which is made in Florida. It is specially shipped to our location to ensure we maintain the authenticity and quality of our Classic Cuban sandwich,’ Daniel confirmed.”
