This multifaceted perspective is expected to strengthen Tryon International’s connections with riders, owners, sponsors, and fans. “Her ability to engage with the sport from multiple angles gives her a well-rounded approach that will strongly support Tryon International’s mission to grow the equestrian community,” noted Madison Ibach from the marketing team.

As Tryon International prepares for an exciting 2025 competition season, Schramm’s insights will play a crucial role in enhancing the competitor experience and broadening the venue’s reach. Her firsthand understanding of what constitutes a world-class competition venue will inform future developments at Tryon. “Whether it’s enhancing the competitor experience, strengthening partnerships, or broadening Tryon International’s presence, we know her passion and expertise will be a driving force in the venue’s continued success,” Ibach added.

Schramm’s enthusiasm for the upcoming events is palpable.
