Neighbors Oppose Venue’s Late Noise Plea
Residents in Weaverville opposed extending the noise curfew for the events venue Weaver House, despite pleas from venue representatives citing negative business impacts and the need to accommodate younger clientele. The town council decided not to take any action, fearing it would set a precedent for other businesses to ask for similar extensions.
