Amidst the ever-present political divide, let’s remember the charm and spirit of July 4th. It’s a time to celebrate the united pursuit of freedom and independence, hot dogs and fireworks, and the simple joy of being American. So, gather ’round the grill, wave those flags, and let’s find common ground in our love for this diverse nation. Together, we can rekindle the sparks of unity and remember that amidst the noise, there’s something uniquely pithy and beautiful about being in the land of the free and the home of the brave. In this class, there are yoga exercises just for babies based upon their individual levels of development, yoga postures for the adult companions which incorporate the babes, songs, gentle movement, infant massage and quiet time 👶🏼
• Harry Potter Tri-Wizard Trivia Tournament - Ginger's Revenge - June 30th Part 1/ August 11th Part 2/ Finale August 25th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm - Test your knowledge of the wizarding world in this three-part tournament hosted by Lex’s AVL 🧙🏻‍♀️
• Chikomo Marimba - The Outpost - July 1st at 7:00pm - lively and extremely danceable world percussion ensemble based in Asheville, NC, that has been playing around the Southeast for over a decade 🥁
• Fireworks at 9:30 PM on July 4th can be best seen from the Pack Square park 🎇
