East Henderson High School students and recent alumni took to the stage on Aug. 2 to kick off the Rock On for Education concert that benefits the Henderson County Education Foundation (HCEF), and in turn Henderson County Public Schools (HCPS). Visitors are invited to join masters of fine wood as they demonstrate their craft. Plan to see many Appalachian craftsmen over the weekend at the Sourwood Festival, as you stock up on some delicious nutritious honey. Music Video Asheville honored many musicians and filmmakers last week for their recent creative collaborations.
