Restoration Update: City Hall

In recent years, the City of Asheville has spent millions of dollars fixing up City Hall. Staff members argue the building is on the National Register of Historic Places, so it is in the taxpayers' interest to conserve the landmark. This 100-year-old building, outfitted largely with original equipment until recently, is also the office space for several workers, who deserve not only functional HVAC but a safe workspace devoid of water damage.
