Buncombe Announces Mural Winners
Buncombe County announced the winners of a pilot mural project launched to promote equity and beautification. The Coxe parking deck will be adorned with a geometric Cherokee basket design, the retaining wall on Hilliard will display a cartoon of Latinos and their life ambitions, and the Register of Deeds offices will bear a TBD design painted very professionally.
