Restoration Update: City Hall

Staff members argue the building is on the National Register of Historic Places, so it is in the taxpayers' interest to conserve the landmark. This 100-year-old building, outfitted largely with original equipment until recently, is also the office space for several workers, who deserve not only functional HVAC but a safe workspace devoid of water damage.
