Pride Week in Buncombe
A lot of Pride Month celebrations this year are focused on combatting restrictive legislation that would limit the right of minors to undergo permanent gender-altering procedures, give their parents access to school records disclosing a child's identification with a gender other than the one they use at home, and use biological gender as a criterion for restroom, shower, and sports team assignments.
